SHIPPING POLICY

Dispatch: Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships, and you can follow it any time via the Track Your Order page.

Delivery times: Most orders arrive within 7 to 14 business days of dispatch. Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and occasional delays (customs, peak periods, weather) can occur. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, email us and we'll investigate and make it right.

Shipping costs: Any shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Bundle orders ship free.

Where we ship: Australia, United States, United Kingdom and Canada.

International orders: Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout. In rare cases, customs or import charges may apply in your country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Wrong address: If you notice an error in your shipping address, email us as soon as possible at support@innerflow.com.co. We'll do our best to correct it before dispatch, but we can't guarantee changes once an order has shipped.
